Self Reliant 101: Quotes and Observations

Hi. I am a Student in my personal quest to become more self reliant. I am a wife to my wonderful husband (Mr.) and two beautiful little girls (Bug - 4 ½ and Doodle - 2 ½).

As a family, we are learning how things used to be done. Sometimes we go back to the way things are done now, but many times we realize that the old-fashioned way may be a lot of work, but it is oh so worth it in the end. And if all else fails, and trust me, along the way, things have failed; we usually have a funny story or two and many memories.

So, come in and read about what we’re trying to do and learn; offer suggestions and ask questions. Because, let's face it, we're all each other's best teachers and I'm the Student.
